Juice from 1 large orange (1/2 to ¾ cup of juice )
⅛ tsp ground cloves
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ to ½ cup of brandy (optional)
Instructions
Over medium low heat in a small sauce pan, combine the orange juice, brown sugar, and spices over medium heat.
When the sugar has dissolved and is simmering lightly, add the cranberries and cook until the berries burst and the sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
Add the zest and brandy and reduce to desired consistency before transferring to a bowl to cool before serving.
