Pizza Sauce
- 1 14.5 oz can fire roasted tomatoes, drained
- 3 oz fire roasted red peppers
- ½ tsp minced onion
- ¼ tsp minced garlic
- ½ tsp Italian Herb Seasoning (or dried oregano)
- ¾ tsp basil
- ½ tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- ⅛ - ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Put all ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth and fragrant.
- Allow to stand for 30 minutes to 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
