Rob Roy
- 1 part blended scotch
- 1 part single malt scotch
- 1 part sweet vermouth
- dash of angostura bitters
- twist of orange peel
- 1 cherry (I used one of my smoked cherries)
- Fill a shaker halfway with a mix of cube and crushed ice.
- Add the scotch, vermouth and bitters.
- Shake vigorously in an up and down motion.
- Strain into a martini glass
- Add the cherry and twist the orange peel over top before dropping in.
