Ingredients
  • Pizza dough
  • Pizza sauce
  • Toppings
  • 5 oz Canadian bacon
  • 8 oz can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 - 3 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 - 3 oz parmesan, romano, asiago cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
Instructions
  1. Spread the canola oil onto the skillet bottom and sides.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough slightly larger than the diameter of the skillet, approximately 12 - 14 inches.
  3. Place the dough over the skillet and gently form to the bottom and sides.
  4. Assemble the pizza in the following order:
  5. Canadian bacon
  6. pineapple chunks
  7. half the cheese
  8. pizza sauce
  9. remaining cheese
  10. remaining Canadian bacon (if any)
  11. Bake in middle of the oven for 17 - 20 minutes or until the crust is nicely brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted, rotating halfway.
  12. If desired, brush the edge of the crust with olive oil before serving.
