Apple Sour
- 2 parts calvados
- 1 part lemon juice
- ½ part maple syrup
- maraschino cherry (optional)
- Chill a highball glass with ice or place in the freezer for a few minutes.
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add the calvados, lemon juice, and maple syrup.
- Shake well and strain into the empty but now chilled highball glass.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry, if desired.
