Amaretto Sour
- 1½ oz amaretto
- 1 oz bourbon
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz lime juice
- 1 tsp simple syrup
- lemon peel (optional)
- brandied cherry (optional)
- Add all the ingredients (except the garnish) into a shaker.
- Add crushed ice and shake to chill before straining into a highball glass with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a lemon peel and brandied cherry.
