Herradura Italian Margarita
- 1½ oz Herradura Silver Tequila
- 1½ oz Tuaca
- ¾ oz Grand Imperial
- ¾ oz agave nectar
- ¼ lime
- ¼ blood orange plus ½ slice for garnish
- ¼ lemon
- coarse salt for the rim (optional)
- Chill a martini or margarita glass with crushed ice.
- Muddle the agave nectar, lime, lemon and blood orange in a shaker.
- Add crushed ice, tequila, Tuaca, and Grand Imperial.
- Shake vigorously to combine and chill.
- Salt the rim of the glass (if desired) and strain the cocktail into the glass.
- Garnish with a half slice of blood orange and serve.
