St. Germain Spritz
- 1 part St. Germain elderflower liqueur
- 3 parts dry prosecco
- 2 parts club soda
- ½ - 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 - 4 drops cranberry bitters
- lemon twist
- Add the St. Germain to a champagne flute.
- Slowly pour the prosecco into the flute.
- Add the lemon juice to the flute.
- Top up with the club soda, then slowly add the cranberry bitters, drop by drop.
- Add the lemon twist and enjoy!
