Piña Colada
- 5 oz fresh pineapple
- 2 oz coconut cream
- 2½ oz white or golden rum
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- 4 oz ice
- Pineapple slice and or maraschino cherry for garnish (optional)
- Portion out the pineapple and coconut cream into a reclosable containers.
- Freeze the pineapple and coconut cream along with the rum.
- Once frozen, add to a blender with the lime juice and ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass or goblet.
- Add the garnish and enjoy!
Use whatever rum you have one hand or if you have numerous available, play with which one delivers the flavors you desire!
