Whiskey Sour
- 2 parts whiskey
- 1 part lemon juice
- 1 part simple syrup
- lemon wedge for garnish
- cherry for garnish
- Chill a rocks glass by filling with ice or placing in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Add ice, whiskey, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker.
- Shake well to thoroughly chill the cocktail.
- Empty the glass and add fresh ice.
- Strain the cocktail into the glass and garnish with lemon wedge and cherry
I used the 1792 Small Batch Bourbon and one of my smoked cherries as a garnish in the pictured drink - it was delicious!
