The Foghorn
- 1½ oz Old Tom gin
- ½ oz lime juice
- 3 oz ginger beer
- lime wedge for a garnish
- In a highball glass, add ice, gin and lime juice.
- Stir to combine.
- Add ginger beer and gently swirl to combine.
- Garnish with lime wedge.
