Elysium
- 1 oz amaro (I used Amaro di tuscana)
- 1 oz Galliano Ristretto (or brewed coffee)
- ¾ oz Grand Imperial orange liqueur
- ½ oz amaretto (I used Disaronno)
- dash or two of Bitter Truth Chocolate Bitters
- twist of orange peel
- Chill a martini glass.
- Add ice to a mixing glass or shaker.
- Add the amaro, Galliano Ristretto, amaretto, Grand Imperial, and chocolate bitters.
- Stir to combine and chill thoroughly.
- Strain into the chilled martini glass and twist orange peel over top and drop in.
