Ingredients
  • 1½ oz absinthe
  • 4½ oz champagne or sparkling wine
Instructions
  1. Chill a champagne flute.
  2. Add absinthe to the flute.
  3. Top with champagne or sparkling wine.
Notes
One recipe I read stated to reverse the order to allow the absinthe to float through the champagne/sparkling wine for a fabulous effect.
