Rocking Horse
- 1½ oz aged rum
- ½ oz Cherry Heering
- ½ oz Grand Imperial
- ½ oz sweet vermouth
- dash of Angostura bitters
- brandied cherry for garnish
- Chill a cocktail glass.
- In a mixing glass, add the rum, Cherry Heering, Grand Imperial, vermouth, and bitters.
- Add ice and stir to chill thoroughly.
- Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a brandied cherry (or two!)
