Paloma
- 2 oz blanco tequila
- 1 pinch salt
- ½ lime
- grapefruit soda, such as Jarritos, Squirt, or Fresca
- Fill a highball glass halfway with ice.
- Add the tequila and salt.
- Squeeze the lime half into the glass and drop in.
- Fill with grapefruit soda and gently swizzle to combine.
- Add more ice if desired.
