Ingredients
  • 2 oz rye whiskey
  • ¾ oz sweet vermouth
  • ½ oz Benedictine
  • 3 dashes absinthe
  • 3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
  • cherry for garnish
Instructions
  1. Chill a cocktail glass.
  2. In a mixing glass or shaker, add ice, whiskey, vermouth, Benedictine, absinthe, and bitters.
  3. Stir to chill thoroughly, approximately 30 seconds.
  4. Strain into a coupe or martini glass.
  5. Garnish with a cherry.
